Corporate Film Munich – your company, told with credibility.
A good corporate film shows in a few minutes who you are, what you do and why people can trust you. LANIZMEDIA GmbH has been producing corporate films in Munich and across Germany since 2008 – from the first idea through filming to the finished film.

What is a corporate film?
A corporate film (also company film or company video) presents a business as a whole: its people, the way it works, its values and its services. Unlike a commercial, it does not sell a single product – it builds trust with customers, applicants, partners and investors.
Corporate film, image film or commercial?
The terms overlap. An image film focuses on atmosphere and brand impact. A commercial aims at a concrete purchase decision. A corporate film explains in a more factual and detailed way how a company works – often with interviews, insights into processes and real employees instead of actors.
Where companies use it
On the website and in presentations, at trade fairs and events, in recruiting, in sales, in investor meetings, when onboarding new employees and in internal communication. One shoot usually delivers several versions – for example a main film and short clips for social media.

What makes a corporate film convincing
A corporate film works when it is concrete. Instead of interchangeable buzzwords we show real people, real places and real work. That is why every project starts with questions: Who do you want to reach? What should viewers think, feel or do afterwards? Where will the film run – on the website, at a trade fair, on LinkedIn?
The answers lead to a concept with a clear dramaturgy. During filming we make sure your employees feel comfortable in front of the camera – essential for credible interviews. In post-production we combine editing, colour grading, sound, music and graphics into one coherent film.

Frequently asked questions about corporate films
01How long should a corporate film be?
Two to three minutes have proven themselves for websites. For trade fairs or presentations the film can be longer; for social media we recommend short versions of 15 to 60 seconds. We often produce several lengths from one shoot.
02Do our employees have to appear on camera?
Not necessarily – but real employees come across as more credible than actors. We prepare interviewees, film in a calm atmosphere and repeat until everyone feels comfortable. Anyone who prefers not to speak can still be shown at work.
03Who writes the concept and the interview questions?
We do. Based on the first meeting we develop the story, structure and an interview guide. You give feedback and approve the concept before filming.
04How do we keep disruption to daily operations low?
We plan the shooting day together with you: times, areas, safety rules and contacts on site. Many shots can be done in quiet time slots, interviews on a separate day or in our studio.
05Can we get the film in several languages?
Yes. Common options are subtitles in further languages or an additional voice-over version. Professional voice artists and translations are calculated separately.
06Who owns the rights to the finished film?
Usage rights are agreed in the quote – matched to your planned channels such as website, social media, trade fair or TV. For licensed music the rights also depend on the music licence.
07How quickly can a corporate film be ready?
That depends on the scope. Concept and pre-production usually take a few weeks, post-production likewise depending on length and feedback rounds. For a fixed date such as a trade fair we plan backwards from the deadline.
08Do you also film outside Munich?
Yes. Besides Munich and Bavaria we produce across Germany and in Austria and Switzerland. Travel and accommodation costs are shown transparently in the quote.
09What do you need from us for the first meeting?
Helpful are the goal and audience of the film, planned channels, a preferred date and – if available – your corporate design and examples you like. A rough budget helps us suggest suitable options.
10Can we include existing footage or photos?
Yes. We integrate existing videos, photos, logos and graphics in post-production, provided you hold the rights. We check in advance whether the quality matches the new footage.
