The Sony Venice offers a variety of formats in the highest resolution on its full-frame sensor, 

ranging from 6K full frame to 1:1.85 to 4K anamorphic. As with other large format  

or full-frame cameras, the use of longer focal lengths opens up new possibilities in image composition.

The Venice also offers improved color reproduction and a wider dynamic range of over 15 f-stops. 

Sony has developed a 16-bit RAW codec X-OCN that achieves maximum image quality at manageable data rates, 

The X-OCN ST codec requires less memory than ProRes HQ.

The lockable E-mount and the firmly screwed PL-mount now offer a wide selection 

high-quality lenses of various mounts such as E, PL, EF and others.

 The AXSM cards are the most important recording medium, as only the AXS-R7 recorder can record high resolutions 

and can record the RAW codec on it. 

Internal recording on Sxs Pro+ cards enables recording in XAVC Pro up to 4K 

as well as MPEG and ProRes in HD in addition to RAW recording on the AXS-R7.
